Reece O’Connor - Personal Trainer & Owner
Reece is the founder of ROCFitness and has a wealth of experience having worked in the industry for over seven years, delivering thousands of hours of PT.
Reece is a full time personal trainer that specialises in fat loss, building muscle, strength and sports specific training. A very enthusiastic individual Reece has great personal aspirations. He brings this personal passion and energy to his sessions with clients, creating a fun and positive environment. In his own words, he has the best “job” in the world – working with people is what he loves to do, and seeing them achieve their dreams is deeply rewarding.
Reece has been lucky enough to train some amazing, loyal clients who he has trained for over four years. He has worked with these clients to achieve many transformations, including working with professional footballers and models.
Reece has been an athlete his whole life. Playing football at a high level for Reading F.C, Oxford United, AFC Bournemouth, Fulham and Chelsea. Playing football at this high standard from a young age has given Reece a professional demeanour which has led to the dedication he has towards fitness today. After he stopped playing football he fell in love with the gym and has pushed himself in other sports. He qualified for the British finals in bodybuilding and placed second in the Welsh Championship. Reece then went onto to train for CrossFit competitions, triathlons and more recently, his first Muay Thai interclub fight.

Dimi Lulov - Personal Trainer
Dimi has a BTEC in Sports Science and is a Premier Global NASM Level 3 accredited coach, widely recognised as the gold standard qualification for personal trainers in the UK.
Over his three-year career, Dimi has always believed in mixing training with lifestyle to allow easy and effortless transformations. His easy-going nature means he won’t shout at you for not eating enough fruit!
The youngest ever golfer to win the Bulgarian National Championships, Dimi used to be a professional golfer who competed at an Elite level.
Outside of golf and fitness, Dimi can be found hanging out with friends and eating too much food!
April is a fully qualified CIMSPA accredited level 3 personal trainer.
Having always been active from a young age April first started weight training in 2014 in pursuit of a new challenge and this quickly became a passion. This led April to gain her qualification to be able to help other people reach their goals and feel good about themselves.
April’s approach includes resistance training, conditioning work and eating well to achieve great results, meaning you don’t have to spend endless hours on cardio.
Outside of the gym April enjoys walking and socialising with friends and family.
