Group Personal Training
We also offer small group personal training. This fantastic service allows you to train with like minded people and work closely with our coaching team for a fraction of the price.
This allows you to work closely with our coaching team, get detailed programming and support to achieve your goals. From beginners to advanced all levels of fitness/gym experience is welcome.
