April Morley

Having always been active from a young age April first started weight training in 2014 in pursuit of a new challenge and this quickly became a passion. This led April to gain her qualification to be able to help other people reach their goals and feel good about themselves.

April’s approach includes resistance training, conditioning work and eating well to achieve great results, meaning you don’t have to spend endless hours on cardio.

Join the ROC Community

The community at the gym is so welcoming and encouraging which made turning up much more appealing for someone who initially didn’t particularly enjoy working out. The classes are tough but enjoyable, and I look forward to being a part of ROCFitness for long into the future.
